Eligibility: K-8 Fees: Fees are based on a sliding scale depending on family size, income and academic eligibility. There are limited academic scholarships available. BRPFC performs community assessments and utilizes data from other organizations to identify needs and develop programs that address the needs of children birth to age five and their families. Projects and programs generally utilize blended funding; including, local individual donations, grants and state allocations.
