Services are provided to families with emphasis on language and communication skill development. Itinerant teachers licensed in the area of hearing impairment provide routine based family-centered intervention in a child’s most natural environment with a primary caregiver. Teachers work with the CDSA to ensure that children receive appropriate Early Intervention Services. Ages Served: Birth to age 3 Fees/ Payment Type Accepted: No charge for services. Beginnings actively assists hearing parents of deaf or hard of hearing children and deaf parents parents with hearing children during the early decision making stages and throughout the educational career of the student.
