We have staff specially trained in caring for pediatric patients, who have a life-limiting illness or terminal illness. We also have a dedicated bereavement coordinator, that works with children, who are bereaved. Ages Served: Available to patients of any age, religion, race or illness. Payment/Fees: Medicare, Medicaid, Most insurance companies, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, MedCost, etc., Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care will never turn away a patient due to their lack of insurance or ability to pay. Service Area: We serve children in Surry, Alleghany, Wilkes, Iredell, Forsyth Stokes, and Davie Counties in North Carolina and Grayson, Carroll, Wythe, Pulaski, and Patrick Counties in Virginia. We're here to provide you with a FREE lab quality pregnancy test and accurate advice. Our staff will go over all of your options with you if your pregnancy test result is positive. We understand that sometimes you need a place to process everything, to think through all your options, to feel safe to share what's on your mind.
