The main goal of CC4C is to improve your child’s care by linking you to services that will meet the specific needs of your child and family. Ages Served: Birth to age 5 Fees/ Payment Type Accepted: CC4C services are provided by the local health departments in partnership with Community Care of North Carolina and the NC Division of Medicaid Assistance (to those who qualify). The organization provides housing, nutrition, and prevention in a safe, nurturing and healthy environment through programs such as family housing, emergency shelter services, food box pantry and many more. Fees/ Payment Type Accepted: There is no fee to stay at the Hospitality House, but you must provide verification of homelessness. This may be an eviction notice, statement of a family member or a community member.
