Description of Services: This program makes care at home a real possibility for many people who face nursing placement. CAP/DA exists to supplement rather than replace the formal and informal services and support already available to an individual. A registered Occupational Therapist with a State certification as a driver instructor and specialist training in driver rehabilitation conducts a clinical evaluation at the client’s home to determine strengths and limitations. Training occurs on an individual basis, dealing with specific needs and covering every aspect of safe driving. Vocational Rehabilitation Services

Incompetence is determined in a court proceeding and means an adult is unable to manage his own affairs, or is unable to make important decision.
